Radwa Saad graduated with a dual degree from the British University in Egypt as well as Loughborough University in the UK. She majored in Political Science but took many classes in Economics.
Since graduation in 2013, she has been working at the British University in Egypt as a teaching assistant. She has co-taught modules such as political sociology, introduction to political science and introduction to development. In 2015, she was selected from a pool of applicants to become an IDEX global fellow. During her fellowship period, Radwa spent 6 months intensively studying and working in the social enterprise sector in India. For her final project, Radwa worked with closely with an international Microfinance Institution entitled Accion and helped them establish an impact assessment strategy that was later used to access the results of their financial literacy programs across India. Since her return to Egypt, Radwa has been working to establish her to own Initiative that allows Egyptians to report, measure and combat the exchange of bribes in Egypt.
