Before joining CSDG, Njoki worked with the Kenya Human Rights Commission and the Ministry of Youth Affairs in Kenya as an associate. She has published various articles on issues related to the Kenyan Post Election Crisis, Women and Poverty in Africa, Youth and Exclusion. Her articles have been published by leading Kenyan Dailies and Pan African Networks. Njoki graduated with a BSc, Post Graduate Diploma in Gender and Development from Nairobi.
